HERMITAGE Restaurant, overlooking garden, lake, and mountain views, showcases culinary brilliance with locally sourced, first-class ingredients led by executive chef Andreas Knöchel. Enjoy Swiss dishes, including classics like Cordon Bleu, Bärlauch-Gnocchi, and Swiss Lachs alongside a selection of meat delicacies.
