Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, the hotel’s restaurant, offers guests a refined dining experience under the guidance of three-Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito. Known for his contemporary Italian cuisine, Romito reinterprets classic dishes with modern techniques and ingredients. The menu features signature dishes like the hand-made Tagliolini made with butter emulsion and white truffle, Grass Fed “Pezzata Rossa” Roasted Sirloin Steak with herbs, and the Steamed Line Caught Sea Bass served with lettuce and capers.
