The Revival of Bold Hues and Textured Walls
2025 will mark the return of vibrant colors and layered wall finishes, as walls take on new dimensions in interior design. Gabriela highlights the rise of bold, vibrant hues juxtaposed with earthy neutrals and warm metallics, creating spaces that radiate depth, warmth, and sophistication. “No more plain walls,” Gabriela remarks. “It’s all about adding texture and personality.” Expect to see innovations like wallpapered ceilings, wood paneling, and decorative plaster finishes, pushing the boundaries of traditional home interior aesthetics.
Redefining Luxury Through Design and Collaboration
Casamonte, a prominent player in the home decor industry, sets the standard for excellence through its focus on strong collaborations, innovation, and sustainability. The company brings together top designers, architects, and, most recently, a collaboration with GSVV Design, all with the goal of fostering groundbreaking designs that push the boundaries of home décor while embracing eco-friendly practices.
Julian Claramonte, CEO of Casamonte, shared his thoughts on the company’s approach: “Our recipe for success lies in our rich history in the home decor industry from our previous companies, our commitment to innovation and creativity, and our specialty in surrounding ourselves with the finest collaborators around the world.”
Casamonte’s Artist Collection Series
Since its founding in 2024, Casamonte has revitalized the high-end wallpaper market under the leadership of its CEO, Julian Claramonte alongside his father, Albert Claramonte who serves as Chairman of the Board. Their legacy includes the successful launch of Surfaces Southeast, and the acquisition and growth of Walker Zanger and Opustone, cementing their reputation for quality, innovation and design across the country.
The Artist Collection Series is an innovative initiative that Casamonte has embarked on to allow homeowners to bring art into their living spaces in a meaningful way. Casamonte is thrilled to be collaborating with GSVV Design to help curate multiple artists collections like the series with Virginia Casado Polo, a surrealist whose artwork captures the vibrant essence of Argentina’s La Pampa region. Virginia’s collection will include a series of catalogues featuring a minimum of 36 distinctive artistic designs and murals. Her murals, infused with intense colors and floral motifs, bring movement and storytelling to interior spaces. Expect to see one of the catalogues showcasing the Artists iconic character, “El Perro Azul” (The Blue Dog).
Elevating Interiors with Artistic Vision
For Gabriela, this partnership represents a convergence of art and design. “Our collaboration with Virginia allows us to turn walls into immersive canvases,” she explains. “Each piece tells a story, transforming spaces into living, breathing works of art.”
A Glimpse into the Future
As Casamonte and GSVV Design unveil this collection, they invite homeowners and designers alike to embrace a new era of luxury—one that celebrates individuality, sustainability, and the transformative power of art. With bold colors, textured walls, and a deep respect for craftsmanship, 2025 promises to be a year of reimagined possibilities in interior design.
