Campo Debuts At Casa Faena, Blending New American Cuisine With Latin Flavors

Campo, the latest addition to Casa Faena in Miami Beach, offers a fresh take on New American cuisine infused with Latin influences. Inspired by Alan Faena’s countryside home in Argentina, the restaurant embraces a farm-to-table philosophy, emphasizing sustainability and locally sourced ingredients. Executive Chef Antonio Maldonado curates a menu that reflects his childhood memories, presenting nourishing and flavorful dishes. The restaurant’s name, meaning "field" or "countryside" in Spanish, reflects its deep connection to nature and commitment to wholesome dining.

Now open for daily brunch and dinner, Campo also introduces its Golden Hour menu, available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Guests can enjoy discounted beers, wines, signature cocktails, and small plates such as Papas Picantes (Thyme, Miso, Butter) and Popcorn Fried Chicken (Ancho Chile, Black Gochujang). Located within the historic boutique Casa Faena hotel in the vibrant Faena District, Campo offers an inviting atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.
