Casalina Italian Restaurant to Open in Delray on October 25
Graspa Group, the award-winning hospitality firm renowned for its iconic Italian-accented restaurants across Florida, is set to unveil Casalina, a new casual-chic Italian concept in Delray Beach. Opening its doors officially on October 25, the Delray destination is set to be the newest go-to for elevated Italian dining with a touch of American flair. This opening marks Graspa Group’s expansion into Palm Beach County, promising to bring its signature blend of Italian tradition and modern flair inspired by American influences.
From mouthwatering wood-fired pizzas and homemade pastas to fresh seafood and a gorgeous, expansive outdoor patio anchored by a bright lemon tree, Casalina is the first concept of its kind by the renowned Graspa Group. Casalina brings together all the things to love about Mediterranean cuisine from vibrant starters like the Spanish Octopus Carpaccio, topped with fennel, red oranges, cumin seeds and drizzled with zesty citronette to creamy risottos like the Risotto Milanese with baby shrimp and saffron.
The restaurant also features an extensive cocktail selection alongside an impressive wine list, featuring bottles from Italian wine regions alongside popular American cabs and chardonnays. Every Monday, the restaurant features “Baci & Abbracci,” which offers 50% off on all bottles of wine. Happy hour is available every day from 4-6 p.m.
Whether setting out to enjoy a spritz at the bar or an indulgent evening under the stars, Delray locals and visitors alike will quickly fall in love with the concept’s unique way of marrying classic Italian flavors and laid-back Florida lifestyle.
