As we celebrate International Women’s Day and the incredible achievements of women around the world, it’s important to also highlight the remarkable women making waves right here in Miami and South Florida. These visionary leaders are not only transforming their industries but also inspiring the next generation of trailblazers. Today, we spotlight three extraordinary women whose leadership, innovation, and relentless drive are breaking barriers and reshaping the future.

Anna Williams - Vice President of Marketing, Dacra (Miami Design District)

Anna Williams, Vice President of Marketing at Dacra, is a key force behind the brand’s strategic positioning both in the U.S. and abroad. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the Miami Design District’s identity, establishing it as a premier global destination for commerce and culture. Previously Vice President of Design Miami/, Williams was instrumental in the fair’s international expansion, overseeing financial planning and business strategy for its Miami, Florida and Basel, Switzerland fairs. In addition to her work in marketing and branding, she has been actively involved in the arts through roles on the ICA Next Committee, the Locust Project Committee, the Committee for Arts & Business Council, and the Executive Board for Design Miami.

Jennifer Horev - Chief Brand Officer, Pura Vida

Jennifer Horev, Chief Brand Officer of Pura Vida, has been instrumental in transforming the brand into a leading wellness lifestyle destination. After transitioning from a successful real estate career in 2015, Jennifer redefined Pura Vida with a focus on health-conscious dining, sustainability, and a refreshed brand identity. She guided a visual metamorphosis, overseeing the brand's comprehensive strategy, marketing aesthetic, and the development of Pura Vida’s custom app. Under her leadership, the brand introduced a clean menu with whole ingredients and expanded offerings, including signature items like the All-Day Breakfast menu. With over 30 locations, including three in New York and a debut on the West Coast later this year, Jennifer continues to drive Pura Vida’s mission of wellness, sustainability, and happiness.

Marine Giron-Galy - Partner & Chief Brand Officer, Riviera Dining Group 

Marine Giron-Galy, Chief Brand Officer and Partner of Riviera Dining Group (RDG), has been instrumental in shaping one of the most innovative hospitality brands in the industry. After a decade in the global fragrance industry as a fragrance developer and luxury marketing specialist, Marine co-founded MILA in 2017, playing a key role in defining its brand identity, venue design, and market expansion. Since 2020, Marine has been a driving force behind the creation and growth of MILA Omakase, MILA Lounge, MM, AVA, CASA NEOS, and CLAUDIE— overseeing everything from concept and design to positioning and brand storytelling. As Chief Brand Officer and a partner at RDG, she spearheads all brand development, management, and strategy, including marketing campaigns, public relations, collaborations and partnerships, and customer experience. Her work not only ensures each venue is strategically positioned but also accelerates RDG’s growth across multiple markets.
