David is a partner at Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, focusing on intellectual property law and commercial litigation. He represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in various disputes, including business, contract, employment, landlord-tenant, personal injury, professional malpractice, and intellectual property issues. David often resolves disputes through negotiation or mediation but is prepared to go to trial in state and federal courts and handle administrative hearings. He also helps clients register, secure, and manage intellectual property assets, such as copyrights and trademarks, and negotiates related agreements.


David earned his JD magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was on the executive board of the International & Comparative Law Review and received awards for his work in Patent Law. He was a summer associate at Howarth & Smith in Los Angeles. Prior to law school, David earned a BS cum laude in Biochemistry & Biophysics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and worked on cancer drug development at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Gilbert Laboratory at Rensselaer.
