Donatella Boutique Hotel and Donatella Restaurant will open in May 2025 at 1350 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The new property is developed by the Nakash Group—owners of The Setai and the former Versace Mansion—alongside Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group. The hotel will serve as a sister property to the Versace Mansion (now The Villa Casa Casuarina), with both groups co-owning and operating the new location.

The hotel building was originally designed in 1922 by architect Wallace Tutt, known for designing the Versace Mansion. It was purchased in 2022 and restored to offer a modern boutique stay. The six-room hotel was designed by Mico Design Studio and includes custom interiors with stone, wood, and gold accents. Each room includes concierge and butler service.

The on-site Donatella Restaurant will offer Southern Italian cuisine by Executive Chef Alessandro Morrone. The menu will include dishes such as Rigatoni Nduja, Black Truffle Cacio e Pepe, Veal Milanese, and Skull Island Prawns. The restaurant will seat up to 170 guests and include a private dining room for 15.

Design elements include natural materials, greenery, an open kitchen, and a hand-painted mural by a local artist. The restaurant aims to be the central feature of the hotel experience.
Guests will also have access to spa treatments, a fitness center, exclusive beach services, and access to a partner pool facility.

Reservations open April 21, 2025. For more information, visit donatellahotel.com or donatellarestaurant.com.
