Easter Brunch at Osaka Miami

Osaka Miami brings a seamless fusion of Japanese and Peruvian flavors to life this Easter Sunday at its signature Nikkei Brunch. Guests can begin with crisp raw bar selections including Maine Lobster, Stone Crab, West Coast Oysters and more. From there, they can indulge in signature brunch items such as  Avocado Brasa (Charred avocado, poached egg, ají amarillo hollandaise, multigrain bread toast); Chicarrón Bao Seto (Crispy pork belly, shiso chalaquita salad, rocoto sauce, homemade bao) and Coco Matcha (Coconut French toast, yuzu curd, miso toffee, matcha cornflake crumble), among other favorites.  Steak lovers are also in for a treat, with A5 Strip Loin (Japanese Wagyu); Short Rib (American Wagyu) and Bone-In Ribeye (24 oz. Dry Aged Prime Angus) on offer. 



An expansive selection of brunch cocktails like the Oak Mimosa (Orange, tangerine, St. Germain); Nikkei Bellini (White peach puree, yuzu, coriander); Hakko Shita Sangría (Red wine, brandy, pineapple lacto-fermentation, peach) and more are available throughout service, alongside select bottles of fine sparkling, red and white wines and special beer and sake varieties. 

Dining is available in Osaka’s stylish indoor dining room or the restaurant's idyllic outdoor terrace. All menu items are available a la carte. Dinner service is also available on Easter Sunday from 6 to 10 p.m.
