Harbour Island’s Briland Club Unveils Luxury Residences, Megayacht Marina, and More

Briland Club Hotel, Residences and Marina, Harbour Island’s premier luxury community, has announced an exciting partnership with The Royal Portfolio, the acclaimed hospitality group renowned for its bespoke experiences and exceptional service. Spanning 27 acres, Briland Club will feature 60 residences, including Coral Cottages, Club Cottages, Villas, and expansive Estate Homes, with prices starting at $4 million. The development's sales and marketing are exclusively represented by Nassau-based The Isles Group in collaboration with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.

“The Royal Portfolio will carry forward our vision of creating a luxury community on Harbour Island,” said Michael Wiener, Chairman of Briland Club. “Their devotion to world-class hospitality complements our focus on delivering extraordinary residential and lifestyle experiences rooted in service, sustainability, and respect for local culture.”

The Royal Portfolio, led by founders Phil and Liz Biden, brings its award-winning standards to oversee all hospitality operations, including concierge services, curated experiences, and beach club amenities. “For 25 years, our purpose and values have been at the heart of everything we do,” said Phil Biden. “We are excited to bring our luxury travel experiences to The Bahamas.”

Briland Club is Harbour Island’s only bay-to-beach property, offering stunning ocean and harbor views alongside the island’s first and only megayacht marina, capable of accommodating vessels ranging from 75’ to 300’. Currently, the Coral Cottages—designed by celebrated interior designer Bunny Williams and featured in Robb Report—offer elegant two-bedroom, 2.5-bath layouts with seamless indoor-outdoor living across 2,100 square feet. The upcoming Club Cottages include two-bedroom (3,300 square feet) and three-bedroom (3,700 square feet) configurations.

The next development phase includes private residences, a boutique hotel, a gym and spa, a resort clubhouse, pools, bespoke dining, and enhanced club amenities. Inspired by Harbour Island’s rich colonial heritage dating back to the 1700s, the architecture and interiors blend timeless charm with modern luxury.

Briland Club also prioritizes sustainability and innovation. The community features advanced purified water systems, clean energy infrastructure capable of generating surplus power, and environmentally conscious designs that nurture local marine life, including coral reefs, seagrass, and sea turtles.

Jay Philip Parker, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Florida Brokerage, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: “Briland Club has already become a cherished residential destination, and we are thrilled to introduce this exceptional lifestyle to our global clientele.”
