Shakira


Colombian singer and global superstar Shakira, born in Barranquilla, Colombia, rose to fame in the late 1990s with her Latin pop hits. Known for her dynamic voice and energetic performances, Shakira has also made an international impact with her crossover into English-language music.


She moved to Miami in the early 2000s to expand her career and enjoys the privacy and waterfront views of her Miami Beach home on North Bay Road.

Jennifer Lopez


Jennifer Lopez, a singer, actress, and business mogul, has been a global superstar for over two decades. Born in the Bronx, New York, she started her career as a dancer before breaking into acting and music. J.Lo purchased her stunning Star Island mansion in 2020, where she occasionally resides with her family. The exclusive island offers security and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay.

Enrique Iglesias


Born in Madrid, Spain, Enrique Iglesias is often called the King of Latin Pop. He followed in the footsteps of his famous father, Julio Iglesias, but carved his own path to success in both Latin and English-language markets. Iglesias moved to Miami in the 1990s and now resides on the ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island, often referred to as the "Billionaire’s Bunker," where he lives a quiet life with his family.

David Beckham


British soccer legend David Beckham is no stranger to the Miami scene. After founding the Major League Soccer team Inter Miami CF, Beckham and his wife, Victoria, purchased a penthouse in the ultra-luxurious One Thousand Museum, designed by Zaha Hadid. Born in London, Beckham has transitioned from a celebrated soccer career to successful ventures in sports and business, making Miami his second home.

Lionel Messi


Born in Rosario, Argentina, Lionel Messi is widely regarded as one of the greatest soccer players in history. He joined Inter Miami CF in 2023 after a long, illustrious career at FC Barcelona, where he won numerous titles including multiple Ballon d'Or awards.


Messi moved to Miami with his family and chose the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach as his first residence in the city, then moved to a mansion in Fort Lauerdale. Both places suits Messi's glamorous lifestyle as he transitioned into his new role in Major League Soccer (MLS).

Pharrell Williams


Pharrell Williams, a multifaceted artist, producer, and fashion mogul, was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Known for hits like “Happy” and his work with The Neptunes, Pharrell has shaped the sound of modern pop, R&B, and hip-hop. He’s won numerous Grammy Awards and collaborated with the biggest names in music, including Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Daft Punk. Pharrell moved to Miami in the mid-2010s, purchasing a waterfront property in Coral Gables.
