Miami Dolphins Make Roster Moves

The Miami Dolphins announced they have elevated long snapper Tucker Addington and tackle Jackson Carman to the active roster for Sunday's game.



Addington has appeared in eight career games in four seasons with New England (2022, 2024), Washington (2023) and Miami (2024). He played in Miami's Week 10 matchup at the L.A. Rams. He entered the NFL in 2022 as a free agent with Dallas, where he spent time on the practice squad. Prior to his practice squad stint with the Cowboys, Addington played for the Houston Gamblers—now known as the Roughnecks—of the USFL in 2022. He played collegiately at Sam Houston State, where he appeared in 34 games in four seasons with the Bearkats (2016-19).



Carman has appeared in 23 career game with six starts with the Bengals (2021-23) and Miami (2024). He appeared in seven postseason games with two starts with the Bengals and played in Miami's Week 10 matchup at the L.A. Rams. Carman originally entered the NFL as a second-round selection (46th overall) by Cincinnati in the 2021 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at Clemson (2018-20), where he appeared in 40 career games with 27 starts during his three seasons with the Tigers.
