The terminal incorporates energy-efficient technologies, such as shore power connectivity to reduce emissions and sustainable systems for waste management and water recycling. It is pursuing LEED Gold Certification.

Guests can check in online, upload travel documents, and receive boarding passes in advance. Upon arrival, the terminal offers easy access via car, bus, taxi, or ride-share, and features a six-level parking garage with over 2,400 spaces.
