New Miami Dining Hotspot: La Grande Boucherie Combines French Tradition With Luxe Garden Charm

La Grande Boucherie, the renowned French dining concept born in New York, has officially made its mark on the South of Fifth neighborhood in Miami. Known for its grand Art Nouveau-inspired spaces and Parisian brasserie atmosphere, the new Miami location takes a bold step forward with an inviting, garden-inspired twist.

The venue, located in a historic Art Deco building designed by Henry Hohauser, effortlessly blends the elegance of French culinary tradition with the spirited energy of the 1920s Parisian soirée. Drawing influence from Paul Poiret’s opulent Oasis Parties, La Grande Boucherie invites guests into an immersive world of lush gardens, rich textures, and sophisticated French dishes. Co-designed by Legeard Studio and Emil Stefkov, the space pays homage to the era’s celebration of art, fashion, and culture, with vibrant floral motifs, jewel-toned interiors, and a garden courtyard that sets the tone for an unforgettable experience.

“We’re thrilled to bring La Grande Boucherie to Miami, a city that perfectly marries vibrant culture with world-class gastronomy,” said Emil Stefkov, founder of The Group Hospitality. “This new venture is a celebration of everything that makes Parisian dining timeless, but with a Miami twist that embraces the beauty and vibrancy of the Magic City.”

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a courtyard filled with bistro tables, vibrant greenery, and colorful blooms. The energy transitions inside with a grand bar, highlighted by brass accents and marble finishes. The ground-level dining room offers a classic brasserie vibe, with subway-tiled walls, intricate mosaics, and French antiques that evoke early 20th-century Paris. Upstairs, the space takes on a more seductive, intimate atmosphere, with jewel-toned wallpaper and plush seating—ideal for a relaxed yet refined dining experience.

At the helm of La Grande Boucherie Miami’s culinary program is Executive Chef Leonardo Pablo, who brings a wealth of experience from leading acclaimed projects like Jean-Georges and W South Beach. The menu offers a sophisticated blend of French classics and contemporary dishes, with a focus on high-quality meats like Filet Mignon Au Poivre, Entrecôte Grillée, and Chateaubriand pour Deux. A standout feature is the expanded seafood selection exclusive to Miami, which includes offerings like grilled branzino, Maine lobster, and Mediterranean octopus.

Wine lovers will appreciate the extensive list of French wines, with special attention given to lesser-known varietals like tannat and picpoul, alongside sustainable and organic selections. The cocktail program, inspired by Poiret’s eclectic tastes, features vibrant libations that complement the lush garden atmosphere with tropical and exotic notes.

La Grande Boucherie Miami offers a unique fusion of indulgent steakhouse fare and the refined elegance of a French brasserie, all within a breathtaking Art Deco building. The venue is set to become a cornerstone of Miami Beach’s dining scene, drawing locals and visitors alike to experience an immersive, culinary journey steeped in both history and modern flair.
