Marc Nudelberg, president of On the Ball, a South Florida-based family-owned sales and leadership coaching agency devoted to helping businesses grow for more than 25 years, has been Hola. Tuvimos un buen día con tu papá. Lo entiendo y nos vemos mañana.

JA of South Florida board members are high-ranking representatives of diverse industries/companies who participate in oversight of the organization and are passionate about JA’s mission. They serve as ambassadors, introducing business and community leaders to the organization and engaging them in its activities.
Nudelberg is passionate about helping organizations build high-performance cultures, implement modern business development strategies and embrace a “1% better every day” philosophy. Through his work with clients such as Amerant Bank, Hotwire, Aflac, True Network Advisors, RCC Associates, City Furniture and UKG, he has consistently fostered business growth across a variety of markets.
His professional journey began on the sidelines of NCAA Division I football, where he spent more than a decade coaching at powerhouse programs like Florida State University, University of Cincinnati, University of Florida, University of Nevada, and Lafayette College. He later transitioned his leadership skills to the business world at On the Ball.
In addition to his executive role, Nudelberg is an author, TEDx speaker, and co-host of The Daily Edge podcast, where he shares insights on leadership, failure, and personal growth. He has also been involved with Russell Education Foundation, Take Stock in Children and Habitat for Humanity.
Beyond his professional achievements, Nudelberg is a devoted husband and father of two. He believes that success isn’t just about business; it’s about living with purpose and being present for the people who matter most.
