Palm Beach’s First Modern Luxury Hotel In Four Years, Palm House, Opens

Palm Beach’s hospitality scene has a stunning new addition with the opening of Palm House, the island's first modern, luxury hotel in four years. Ideally located on Royal Palm Way, just steps from the beach and central to Worth Avenue and The Royal Poinciana Plaza, the 79-room hotel combines timeless elegance with modern sophistication.

This marks the U.S. debut of London-based L+R Hotels’ Iconic Luxury Hotels (ILH) collection, which includes renowned properties such as Cliveden House in England and The Mayfair Townhouse in London. Andrew Stembridge, Executive Director of ILH, described the opening as a pivotal moment for the brand, furthering its international expansion.

Designed to capture the vibrant essence of Palm Beach, the hotel features interiors by Muza Lab and architecture by Cooper Carry. The design pays homage to the island’s signature pinks and greens, creating an ambiance of relaxed exclusivity.

Key features include:

  • Palm Bar: A lively, seashell-adorned bar with a pink marble countertop and Murano glass chandeliers, offering expertly crafted cocktails in an intimate setting.

  • Dining Room: A fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine led by Executive Chef Jerry Ayala, offering all-day dining with indoor and terrace seating.

  • Sunset Pool Deck: A secluded sanctuary with a heated pool, poolside service, and luxe cabanas.

  • Guestrooms: Spacious accommodations averaging over 550 square feet, featuring vibrant, coastal-inspired designs with private terraces in select rooms.

  • Presidential Suite: A two-story, 1,982-square-foot retreat with an Alaskan King bed and a private butler.

The property also features a ballroom, an underground valet parking garage, and curated art installations by Minda Dowling. Room rates start at $499 in the off-season.
