Pop the Rosé! Villa Azur's "L’été en Or" Brings the French Summer to Miami Beach
As the days get longer, the mercury starts rising on the thermometer, and Villa Azur — Miami Beach's elegant European restaurant and culinary destination — is shaking up the summer by bringing the French Apéro from France to Florida.
From July 6 through September 30, Villa Azur is presenting its summertime series, L’été en Or (“The Golden Summer”), an exclusive take on the traditional French Apéro. The weekly series takes place every Wednesday through Sunday from 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Within the supper club's romantic dining rooms and lush open-air courtyard, guests can choose from tasteful pairings of rosé wine with oysters and/or caviar. Live entertainment and sound by DJ Yez and Stephan M will set the tone to whisk visitors away to the French Riviera as they rest and relax under the setting summer sun.
To bring the exclusive experience to life, Villa Azur is proudly serving the vibrant and expressive Château Minuty rosé, which is 100% sourced from the original estate vineyard in Saint-Tropez, as well as Petrossian, the world’s finest caviar made with a handmade and haute couture spirit.
