PTM Partners Appoints Shari Neissani to Vice President of Development

PTM Partners (“PTM”), a real estate investment and development firm founded by Nicholas Pantuliano, Michael Tillman and Scott Meyer, today announced the hire of Shari Neissani as Vice President of Development. In her role, Neissani will focus on projects within the portfolio that are in the pre-development phase, ensuring they align with the company’s overall growth, vision and pillars.

“Shari brings an extensive background in commercial real estate to PTM as well as a deep understanding of our overall objectives and intent with each project,” said Nicholas Pantuliano, Chief Development Officer & Chief Operations Officer of PTM. “Her deep understanding of the Miami market and seeing how it’s evolved over the last few years has already provided a fresh and innovative approach to our investment in the Edgewater neighborhood. She is a true asset to our team and will play a fundamental role in our current portfolio and in the planning phase as we identify new opportunities.”

The firm recently closed its second qualified opportunity zone fund, successfully raising approximately $150 million of capital for PTM Partners Opportunity Zone Fund II, LP. The focus on the fund is to further identify and develop residential, mixed use and hospitality projects that are price-accessible to large portions of the population, while creating a positive impact on the communities in which they are built.

PTM’s current portfolio includes:

  • Watermark, a 453-home mixed-use rental community located at 1900 Half Street SW in the Buzzard Point neighborhood of Washington D.C.

  • Soleste Grand Central, a 360-unit rental development located at 218 NW 8th Street, steps from Miami Central Station in Downtown Miami

  • The Edge Collective, a mixed-use development that will feature a ground-up, 163-key Moxy Hotel, retail space and more. The Moxy will serve as the first lifestyle hotel for St. Petersburg, Florida’s EDGE District.

  • A mixed-use campus-like development in Edgewater, Miami that will consist of two high-rise towers with more than 1,300 rental units and destination retail space

  • A 318-unit multi-family development on the Occoquan River in Woodbridge, Virginia that delivers accessible housing in a supply-constrained market

Prior to joining PTM, Neissani served as the Director of Planning, Development and Asset Management at The Collective for the United States portfolio.

“As the Vice President of Development, I will work closely with Nick, Scott and Mike to ensure the current portfolio continues to demonstrate ESG-based principles all while identifying ways we can further expand in South Florida and across the nation, said Neissani. “As a current resident of Miami, I continue to see it become an international city with special areas and moments that are attracting new talents and I look forward to also further building a team and presence here.”

Neissani graduated Cum Laude from Yeshiva University, Stern College for Women, with her B.A. in International Relations with a concentration on Middle Eastern Affairs. She began her career in New York City as an Associate Director at The Moinian Group before moving on to Extell Development Company where she was the Director of Sales, Asset and Interior Project Management. Neissani moved to Florida in 2016 where she became the Senior Vice President and Head of South Florida at RedSky Capital LLC.
