CLAUDIE, the latest concept from Riviera Dining Group (RDG), made a dazzling debut last night in Brickell with a grand opening event that captured the effortless elegance of the South of France. Guests were immersed in an evening of refined hospitality, indulging in artfully plated light bites and signature cocktails that offered a tantalizing preview of CLAUDIE’s French-Mediterranean cuisine. A curated selection of food stations, including a luxurious caviar station, delighted guests, while a Champagne bar and an impressive Champagne tower added an air of opulence. A beautifully arranged dessert station and an ice cream cart offered indulgent treats, perfectly complementing the celebratory atmosphere.
