Founded by Carlos Suarez, a Miami native and owner of Casa Nela Hospitality Group, Rosemary’s Miami draws inspiration from his mother, Rosemary, and her homemade meals in Lucca, Italy. It’s designed to evoke the feel of a family dining room, with a focus on affordable, high-quality food.
The new location has taken over a former shoe warehouse and adjacent lot, now transformed into a 7,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor space with an urban farm created in partnership with Little River Cooperative. The farm will supply many of the ingredients used in the restaurant's dishes.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Craig Giunta, who has worked at several high-end restaurants including Mother Wolf and Macchialina. The menu will feature seasonal vegetables, handmade pastas, and seafood, with standout dishes like Eggplant Caponata and Orecchiette with house-made sausage. The restaurant will also serve Italian wines and creative cocktails.
Rosemary’s Wynwood will be open for dinner daily from 5 PM to 11 PM, with plans to offer lunch, brunch, and happy hour in the near future.
