Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour Completes Two-Year Renovation
Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour is nearing completion of its two-year renovation with the unveiling of a new ground floor experience showcasing handbags, jewelry and the largest women’s shoe department in Florida. With a powerful assortment of heritage brands and emerging designers, the new floor is the ultimate destination for women’s fashion and accessories in Miami-Dade County.
GROUND FLOOR HIGHLIGHTS
The expansive 46,000-square-foot ground floor features 25 new brands, 8 new shop-in-shops, and increases the selling space of women’s shoes by over 350 percent.

SAKS FIFTH AVENUE BAL HARBOUR REDESIGN
Saks Store Planning & Design, in collaboration with FRCH Nelson, spearheaded the overall store renovation, focusing on services and product presentation. Each new floor is enhanced with optimal selling space and service offerings, modernizing the traditional shopping experience.
The first phase of the store’s redesign was completed last year with the unveiling of a new third floor housing men’s designer and advanced contemporary ready-to-wear, men’s footwear, women’s lingerie and swim, as well as an expanded kid’s assortment. Earlier this year, Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour unveiled a new 9,500-square-foot beauty department on the ground floor, featuring 20 new beauty and fragrance brands as well as an exciting lineup of treatments and service offerings.
