Salterra Resort & Spa: Turks & Caicos Luxury Stay Guide
Updated: 23 hours ago
The Marriott Bonvoy Luxury Collection Resort, Salterra Resort & Spa, will debut on South Caicos in February 2025, providing both new and returning visitors to Turks and Caicos with an additional luxury resort option.
Although I did not stay at Salterra, I toured the property and gained firsthand knowledge of the project’s main features – 100 luxurious rooms, including 52 one- and two-bedroom suites and two penthouse Governor’s Suites; all rooms with views of the ocean.
Unique to Salterra are its 3,000 feet of private white sand beaches, access to one of the most pristine coral reefs in the world, four expansive swimming pools, dedicated concierge and butler services, a comprehensive activity and experience menu, various dining options, and sustainable practices woven into the property’s operations to preserve the island’s natural heritage. I was pleased to learn that coral education and restoration initiatives will be available to all guests, supporting preservation efforts.
Starting in February 2025, access to Salterra Resort & Spa will be easier than ever. American Airlines will offer direct flights twice a week from Miami to South Caicos (Airport Code: XSC).
