Summer in the Yucatan: A refreshing mix of mezcal, lavender, muddled blueberries, lime, and agave, topped with a blueberry and lime wheel garnish.
Mexican Old Fashioned: A unique twist on the classic with anejo tequila, amaro, honey-cinnamon-clove syrup, and mole bitters, garnished with an orange peel ice sphere and cherry skewer.
Sol Spritzer: A vibrant blend of reposado tequila, ancho reyes chile, blood orange, passion fruit, and lime juice, topped with club soda and garnished with floating passion fruit.
