Soldier Rush: Celebrating Unity, Service, and Patriotism
Soldier Rush is more than just a test of physical strength. This year, on Veteran's Day, November 11th, 2023, from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 8350 Ranch Road, Parkland, FL, it celebrates its 9th year.
This 3.1-mile military-style obstacle race showcases the essence of community spirit, resilience, and deep-seated patriotism.
Every year, a diverse group of participants joins the event, eager not only to push their limits but also to be a part of a larger cause.
Manuel 'Manny' Mair, a recognized pillar in South Florida’s fitness community, is the driving spirit behind Soldier Rush.
Manny's unwavering dedication to community upliftment shines through, particularly in the event's collaboration with Fitness on a Mission, a 501(c)3 organization devoted to the betterment of veterans, first responders, and their families.
Manny comments, "Soldier Rush is more than just a race to me.
It's our gathering spot, a place where we show our appreciation, pay tribute to our heroes, and amplify community camaraderie."

Open to everyone aged 5 and above; Soldier Rush welcomes participants of all fitness levels.
Ensuring a fun-packed day for the entire family, the event is thrilled to feature partnerships like the Jump Jam Fest bounce house, a challenging Ninja Warrior wall, and a special patch for GORUCK Ruckers and Patriot games participants.
Additionally, attendees can look forward to an array of vendors from local businesses, enriching the community experience.
