Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions, in collaboration with RM Sotheby’s, hosted its inaugural live auction at ModaMiami, marking a milestone for the luxury market by featuring both real estate and collectible automobiles. The event, which exclusively featured Sotheby’s International Realty properties, saw over $75 million in aggregate bids from 26 bidders across the United States and the Caribbean.

The auction included several high-profile properties, with the top sale being a fully remodeled penthouse in Miami's Icon Bay Building, which sold for $2.744 million. Other notable sales included a Bahamian estate, which fetched $1.853 million, and a New York estate, which sold for $6.272 million. The event was highlighted by competitive bidding and participation from buyers in 11 states.
The auction was part of Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions’ expanding platform for cross-category luxury sales. The company is now accepting consignments for upcoming Global Sale events in London, Hong Kong, and New York. Additionally, each sale contributes to the Key for Key® program, which supports the building of homes for families in need through Giveback Homes.
