Teatro Restaurant Debuts New Menu Ahead of 2025 Broadway Season at the Adrienne Arsht Center

Teatro, the acclaimed restaurant by Constellation Culinary Group on the second floor of the Adrienne Arsht Center’s Ziff Ballet Opera House, is thrilled to announce the launch of its new menu. Spearheaded by Chef Jose Danger, Teatro is known for its innovative culinary creations and immersive ambiance, setting the stage for unforgettable pre-show meals and celebrations. 


Grilled Octopus at Teatro


The season will open with 4X Tony Awards winner, SOME LIKE IT HOT. Inspired by the show, which will be at the Arsht Center from December 3-8, Teatro will serve the Bathtub Booze cocktail, a flavorful combination of Bacardi Añejo Cuatro Rum, Christian Brothers Ruby Port, MEP Florida lemon juice, cherry juice and simple syrup, topped with an egg white foam and black cherries to garnish. Constellation Culinary Group will also serve the signature libation at the bars within the theater during the show.


Bathtub Booze at Teatro


Prior to showtime, guests can dine in Teatro’s striking 2,500-square-foot dining room, which sets the stage for an immersive dining experience with a rich red color palette, a nod to the curtains on the theater stage. The restaurant offers a prix-fixe menu priced at $55, allowing guests to choose one appetizer and one entrée or one entrée and one dessert. The new menu brings bold, Miami-inspired flavors that will have you coming back before every show.


Appetizers include Shrimp Aguachile, wine-poached shrimp with charred chiles, cucumber and lime mignonette; “Teatro” Chopped Salad, baby gem lettuce mixed with red endive, blistered chayote, jicama, radish, orange slices, toasted coconut, candied pepitas and coconut lime dressing; Caesar Salad, gem lettuce topped with white anchovies, Parker House croutons, Caesar dressing and shaved Parmesan); Smoked Lamb Tamale with adobo rojo, steamed heritage corn cake, pickled onions and fresh cheese; Teatro’s signature Smoked Salmon Dip, smoked salmon spread, salmon roe, pickled shallot mignonette and dill served with house-made kettle chips; Coconut Mussels, Prince Edward Island mussels with cilantro, mint and toasted bread; and Crispy Oysters Rockefeller, buttermilk fried oysters with creamed spinach and crispy Parmesan.



Entrées include Roasted Free-Range Chicken, served with pepita mole, roasted delicata squash, heirloom tomatoes and sweet corn; Grilled Octopus, with Calabrian chili chimichurri, root vegetable purée, roasted potatoes, roasted corn and chorizo crumble; Roasted Cobia, with carrot purée, roasted carrots, carrot tops and miso beurre blanc; Steak Frites, 1855 Angus Denver steak served with crisp truffled potatoes and chimichurri butter (with a 12-ounce Delmonico steak enhancement for an additional $15); Lamb Osso Buco (limited availability; $6 supplement), with creamed corn polenta and adobo sauce; Berkshire Pork Cheek “Wellington,” with roasted mushroom demi-glace, creamed spinach, roasted trumpet mushrooms, truffled mushroom duxelles and puff pastry; and Thai Butternut Squash Pasta, fresh chiocciole pasta with coconut milk curry, Thai basil, mint, toasted almonds and shallot garlic crisp.


Desserts include the Brown Butter Guava Bread Pudding, served with cream cheese ice cream and guava sauce; Key Lime Meringue Tart, with Florida Key lime custard, fall spiced cracker crust and burnt Swiss meringue; Divine Chocolate Sundae, with brownie pieces, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate sauce, chocolate gelato, sweetened condensed whipped cream and cocoa nibs; and Seasonal Sorbet.


In addition to the new menu, Teatro offers an extensive selection of beverages, including specialty cocktails, local IPAs and a curated wine list. Highlights include the All Access, with Grey Goose vodka, orange blossom syrup, mango, mango peel syrup and lemon; Break A Leg, featuring Bombay Sapphire London dry gin, raspberry purée, lime, agave and sage syrup; and Encore, with Patron Silver tequila, Plantation Light Rum 3 Star Jamaica, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup and lime.


Signature Cocktails at Teatro


Teatro is open before select performances in the Ziff Ballet Opera House or Knight Concert Hall. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Pre-show reservations are recommended two hours before the curtain goes up. For more information and to make reservations, visit arshtcenter.org/teatro.
