Thanksgiving Dine-In and Takeout Options at Semilla French-American Bistro & Wine Bar in Miami Beach

This year, Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 28, and one of the best ways to celebrate the special holiday is to spend time with friends and loved ones over a great meal. 


Beloved French-American bistro and wine bar Semilla in Miami Beach will be offering its traditional dine-in and takeout options this year. Located at 1330 Alton Road, the restaurant is run by chef/owner Frederic Joulin, who fuses French cuisine with local influences.



Semilla’s dine-in option is a family-style meal, featuring starters such as Apple Wedge Salad tossed with walnuts, crumbled blue cheese and turkey bacon and a dish of Baked Brie Cheese and Cranberry “En Croute.” The main course is Stuffed Organic Turkey Breast Roll; accompanied by Port Red Wine Gravy and classic sides like Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans Casserole. The meal will end with a dessert of Chocolate Hazelnut Marshmallow Pie.


The dine-in option will be served on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Cost is $78 per person, including individual reservations. 


Semilla’s takeout Thanksgiving meal packages cost $228 (3-4 people) and $456 (6-8 people) and can be ordered online via the eatery’s website until November 25th. Pick up is on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. 


The take out package options includes the following: 


Starters: 


  • Apple Wedge Salad tossed with walnuts, crumbled blue cheese and turkey bacon

  • Organic Leek and Potato Soup topped with thyme croutons

  • Baked Brie Cheese and Cranberry “En Croute”


Main Course: 


  • Stuffed Organic Turkey Breast Roll with dry apricot, pine nuts and spinach

  • Green Beans Casserole and Mushrooms 

  • Classic Creamy Mashed Potatoes 

  • Truffle Organic Grilled Corn 

  • Port Red Wine Gravy 


Dessert: 


  • Chocolate Hazelnut Marshmallow Pi
