The cozy yet elegant restaurant features sleek weathered oak paneling and artisanal oyster wall art, with an open kitchen layout allowing guests to observe their food being prepared just steps away. Restaurant hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and FRED by Fiskebar, where you can enjoy creative cocktails, is open daily from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM.


The Living Room Bar & Kitchen, offering impressive Lake Geneva views, is the perfect place for your daily breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee or tea, and fine dining options. Under the expert guidance of Chef Rosario Abramo, trained in Paris, enjoy an inspired menu featuring the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean, using fresh, sustainable, and seasonal produce.


Signature dishes include the Risotto Mantecato and the Swiss Veal Chop for two people. The restaurant is open daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, and it also offers a delightful brunch every weekend from 11 AM to 3 PM.
