'Knife & Spoon' Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes, Receives 'Michelin' Recognition



Knife & Spoon , located at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, has been awarded a one-star rating by Michelin for the second year in a row. To celebrate this achievement, Chef de Cuisine Tyler Kineman has designed a special four-course menu with wine pairings. This celebratory menu will be available from today until June 17th.
