ULYSSIA is set to redefine luxury living at sea as the world’s most exclusive residential yacht community. The yacht, comprising 133 residences and 22 guest suites, offers a full spectrum of amenities designed for those seeking an extraordinary lifestyle.
ULYSSIA will feature spacious homes ranging from 110 sq m to 953 sq m, offering one-to six-bedroom configurations, all with uninterrupted sea views and private terraces. The yacht's guests will be accommodated in 22 available suites, which can be rented as needed.
The cost is estimated between 10 million and 90 million USD, with ongoing maintenance fees ranging from 3% to 3.5% of the purchase price. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2025, with delivery expected in 2029.
Destinations
ULYSSIA will travel to destinations around the globe, offering its residents the unique opportunity to experience both iconic cities and remote locations, all while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and safety. The yacht will visit a variety of ports, from luxurious yachting hubs to secluded, off-the-beaten-path destinations.
Team
The development team behind ULYSSIA includes experienced professionals from leading companies in the maritime and hospitality industries, such as Seabourn, Cunard, and Ritz-Carlton. The project's principal investor, Frank Binder, also serves as the founder and chairman of ULYSSIA Residences AG. Binder, a Swiss entrepreneur with a background in architecture, has a long history of involvement in yachting and design, as well as in various business ventures including the Landbell Group, a global leader in recycling logistics.
Facilities
ULYSSIA offers a wide range of world-class amenities, including a yacht club, marina, dive center, spa, wellness facilities, multiple dining options, and recreational areas such as a golf simulator, indoor/outdoor padel tennis and pickleball courts, and a 600-meter jogging track. Residents will also have access to a theatre, conference rooms, a library, and a cigar bar. For further leisure, ULYSSIA offers two helicopters, two Triton submersibles, and high-speed electric tender boats.
ULYSSIA is equipped with two helipads, offering unique experiences such as heli-skiing and airport transfers, as well as serving for medical emergencies or transporting you to a safe and secure location.
