Queen Omakase Presents the “4 Hands Omakase Collaboration” with Michelin-Starred Chef Freddy Money

This Miami Art Week, Queen Omakase will present an exclusive, multi-sensory dining experience: the “4 Hands Omakase Collaboration.” For three nights only—December 5th, 6th, and 7th—guests are invited to Queen Miami Beach’s intimate omakase hideaway, where Michelin-starred Chef Freddy Money—Culinary Director of Atlas in Atlanta, Georgia—will join forces with Queen’s own Chef Max Kamakura to present an artful, multi-course tasting journey that transcends traditional omakase. 

 

With two seating's each night at 7:00 PM and 9:30 PM, this exclusive collaboration will bring together two masters of their craft to showcase the chefs' combined artistry, blending international influences, innovative techniques, and exotic ingredients from around the world. Priced at $395 per person, the three-night event is set to capture the inventive spirit of Art Basel, where the boundaries between cuisine and art beautifully dissolve.

This Miami Art Week, two iconic bars are teaming up for an exclusive one-night pop-up on Thursday, December 5th starting at 9pm. Denver’s Yacht Club—winner of the 2024 Spirited Award for Best U.S. Cocktail Bar by Tales of the Cocktail—will join Miami Beach’s beloved hotspot Sweet Liberty for an exclusive takeover that promises an evening filled with meticulously crafted cocktails that will transport patrons' taste buds from the vibrant cocktail scene of Denver to the sun-kissed beaches of Miami. The event, co-hosted by Yacht Club’s owners Mary Alison Wright and McLain Hedges, and Naren Young, Creative Director of Sweet Liberty, will feature a specially curated selection of cocktails blending the unique styles of both establishments.

MIMI Chinese (575 Alton Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33139) OPENING FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER 



This November, Toronto-based Big Hug Hospitality will debut its acclaimed MIMI Chinese in South Beach, marking its first international debut. Led by Michelin Young Chef Award winner David Schwartz and Executive Chef Braden Chong, MIMI Chinese brings modern takes on traditional Chinese cuisine, highlighting diverse regional flavors. The restaurant offers a thoughtfully designed space with a curated selection of wines, cocktails, and sake, adding a new dimension to Miami’s dining scene.


RosaNegra Miami (1300 S. Miami Ave. Miami, FL 33128) OPENING FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER 


Grupo RosaNegra, the internationally acclaimed hospitality group known for its vibrant, high-energy dining experiences is making its U.S. debut with the opening of RosaNegra Miami this December.
